CNC Router
Our CNC Router is an automated, specialized machinery (sometimes called machining centers) that can remove material from a stock piece (also called a workpiece or blank).
It’s a big orange machine with a flat table that sucks the 4×8 sheets to the table while a set of tools and drill heads perform all the operations to the cabinet parts that would otherwise be done manually. The CNC is controlled by an employee at a computer-operating station.
In the past, we would cut our raw material on a computerized sliding table saw, which worked perfectly fine, but was much more labour intensive. Now we design a kitchen on a CAD program, turn it into a G-Code, plug it into the CNC which then cuts the raw materials.
With a CNC machine, we’re also able to cut our own MDF doors with a wide variety of profiles.
Custom Staining & Painting
We pride ourselves on matching stains so the home solution we crafted for you matches with the rest of your home. This can mean staining cabinets, islands, feature walls and more to flooring, or crafting stair treads to blend in, or creating some contrast and/or pop with a custom stain or colour in any space.
